Orders: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer.

Payments: We accept secure online payments via major cards, UPI, and net banking.

All prices are listed in INR.

Returns & Exchanges: Exchange within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Custom and SALE items are not eligible. Free exchange is only available if the original items were damaged during shipping else, shipping cost for exchange items will be borne by the customer.

Shipping: Domestic and international shipping available. Charges calculated at checkout.

Tasivi is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
